I am heading back for a break for one night. To say the least, I think I need it. I have been working a lot of long hours and even though I am enjoying it and have no problems at all with working late, I think my body is shutting down.
I think every once in a while, the body does need to recharge and once everything is back to normal, which I hope it does then I will balance it out. I think it is the case of working hard but playing hard too. That is what is important. Working too hard stresses the body and can alter the behaviour of the mind and such. Playing too hard can make one lazy, and focus too much on having fun, which escapes reality.
I just bought myself a portable hard drive the Maxtor One Touch. Its a big fat 750 GB harddrive that I am using to store all my data and such ilk from my desktop computer, and my laptop computer.
Although it has a management tool to backup the data, I still use the normal tools lik e robocopy to copy it to the USB storage device.
The form factor looks quite sleek, and unlike other USB devices I think that this one looks very sexy and durable. It comes with a five year warranty, which is quite rare for most hardware these days, usually most of them standardise on 3 or 1 year warranties. For me this means that they believe in their product. For 750 GB, the retail price range can be around $400-$500 but I think that this is worth it as the average user can put the contents of their whole computer on it, and back it up just like that with out having to worry about anything.
Have you ever got the feeling that when you are busy, time goes really fast? Especially when people are having fun. I have always had that feeling. Thats the reason when one is on holiday time does go fast for most people. . .and we are always forever saying that we should have more time to have a holiday. Time does fly when we are having fun. There is certainly no two ways about it.
I have just noticed that when I am in certain parts of the city in which my knees start to tense and my right side of the body just freezes. I am not quite sure what it is but it can be a real hinderance at times, and that can put a real strain over everything. I have to somehow get away from that.
I spoke to my brother about it and he said that it could be with just the way that I react to a new environment especially when in the city. Once I know my way around I’d get there. We’ll see how that goes I guess.
We’ll just have to see.

One would only expect this from an Asian country. The country is Malaysia. I have heard and know about the conserved they are when it comes to something like this. My family over there warned me about this as well, so it is wise to be very careful when being a bit perogative in this area.
Gwen Stefani had to deal with a similar type of issues last year when she performed in Malaysia last year in August. The Malaysian Islamic community thought that she might corrupt the minds of many that went to her show.
Sometimes I think that my kindness gets the better of and sometimes I think that I am too accommodating to people that I don’t think that I deserve to be treated in a similar fasion. It doesn’t take much, just to be honest. Whether that is being harsh or being frank to whatever, I just want honesty.
I hate being given the run around. Its very annoying. What do you guys think?
My body clock is totally shattered, and I am moving my body into overdrive. I can feel that, so I am going to take a bit of a break and go to bed shortly. I
Well I am down in the city that is Windy Wellington, and slowly getting into work routine. Which is sleeping comparatively early. Having said that work has been very interesting with induction processes and many more hours that are filled with chocolate cookies and ginger nuts not to mention free lunch. Its for the first week so have to enjoy it while it lasts!
I have taken a few photos of Wellington city. I will surely be taking some more. Its a city that is vibrant. One of the things that I like about it is that the public transport is so good that I do not have to worry about getting around. Here are some:
IÂ am buying a new camera. My other one died and I was a bit gutted. The camera that I chose is the Sony T70. The reason why I chose it is because it has no moving parts for the lens, which means that it is not going to break. Also the touch screen is quite attractive, but I am a bit worried about the screen. I have to play it carefully. It has some technology features in smile on peoples faces. What it does is take a photo when people smile. Thats cool. Anyway I am going to bed now, its 12:27am here and I am looking at places to stay tomorrow…or today morning.
I have been going to the gym for the last few weeks. Its been making a big difference on how I feel about myself. It makes me feel better. I don’t know why I didn’t start going before. I suppose the only thing that made me procrastinate was that I had no goal or personal trainer. I think for people like me, it helps to get a bit of a push and to get me to continuing doing so. Not that I can see any difference now but certainly in a few years from now, when I keep this up that this will be something that will be showing for it.
