I am heading back for a break for one night. To say the least, I think I need it. I have been working a lot of long hours and even though I am enjoying it and have no problems at all with working late, I think my body is shutting down.

I think every once in a while, the body does need to recharge and once everything is back to normal, which I hope it does then I will balance it out. I think it is the case of working hard but playing hard too. That is what is important. Working too hard stresses the body and can alter the behaviour of the mind and such. Playing too hard can make one lazy, and focus too much on having fun, which escapes reality.

Have you ever got the feeling that when you are busy, time goes really fast? Especially when people are having fun. I have always had that feeling. Thats the reason when one is on holiday time does go fast for most people. . .and we are always forever saying that we should have more time to have a holiday. Time does fly when we are having fun. There is certainly no two ways about it.

I have just noticed that when I am in certain parts of the city in which my knees start to tense and my right side of the body just freezes. I am not quite sure what it is but it can be a real hinderance at times, and that can put a real strain over everything. I have to somehow get away from that.

I spoke to my brother about it and he said that it could be with just the way that I react to a new environment especially when in the city. Once I know my way around I’d get there. We’ll see how that goes I guess.

We’ll just have to see.

One would only expect this from an Asian country. The country is Malaysia. I have heard and know about the conserved they are when it comes to something like this. My family over there warned me about this as well, so it is wise to be very careful when being a bit perogative in this area.

Gwen Stefani had to deal with a similar type of issues last year when she performed in Malaysia last year in August. The Malaysian Islamic community thought that she might corrupt the minds of many that went to her show.

Sometimes I think that my kindness gets the better of and sometimes I think that I am too accommodating to people that I don’t think that I deserve to be treated in a similar fasion. It doesn’t take much, just to be honest. Whether that is being harsh or being frank to whatever, I just want honesty.

I hate being given the run around. Its very annoying. What do you guys think?
